How will the photos be delivered?
Do you edit each of the photographs?
Do you make some photographs black and white depending on how you think they look? Is there an up-charge for that?
Do you backup or otherwise secure images for protection?
Do I have to order prints through you?
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
The photos will be delivered to your email with a link to your online gallery. From there, you can download your photos with the provided PIN, share the link with friends/family, share to social media, and order prints.
I select the best images of your day that work together to tell your cohesive story, and then edit all of the selected images to perfection before sending them your way.
I make photographs black and white depending on what tells the best story. I can go back in and make photographs black and white if you request it! There is no up-charge unless you want more than 15 of them converted after the fact.
All images are backed up onto a portable hard drive while the working set are being edited. If the worst was to happen and all the photos were lost we would re-shoot free of charge as that would be my fault.
You don't have to order prints though me but I would suggest you do. I work with a 'professional only' company to make your photos look incredible in print, unlike some of the other large printing companies out there.
I understand that sometimes things happen and you either have to cancel or reschedule. I ask for at least 48 hours notice but in emergency's 24 hours or less is acceptable. If its down to an emergency we will reschedule for another time that suits if its a cancellation within the 48 hours then no worries. your deposit will be refunded and I hope to maybe meet you another time.
